The TIS was prepared to assess the proposed development in terms of its size, accessibility, parking, and impact on the surrounding road network.<br /> <br /> The TIS was subsequently approved by the RTA.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><img alt="" src="http://aqleh.com/images/service/desc/from mina_1600842239.jpg" style="height:400px; width:100%" /></p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><span style="color:#2f5aa6">Project 2: Dubai Autism Centre, Al Garhood - Level 2 TIS&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></span><br /> <span style="color:#e67e22"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>Client: Dubai Autism Centre</strong></span></span><br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>Dubai Autism Centre is located in Al Garhoud, Dubai and consists of two blocks. Block A is to be an Autism Center, whilst Block B will be used as a commercial building. The project shall comprise of a laboratory and an office with projected GFA of 1,558 m&sup2;. The district comprises a mix of offices, retail, residential apartments, hotels and galleries.<br /> <br /> A TIS was undertaken to establish existing &amp; future traffic, roads and infrastructure conditions, Public Transport and Parking Accessibility review and recommendations.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><img alt="" src="http://aqleh.com/images/service/desc/16 Edited_1600842893.jpg" style="height:324px; width:370px" /><br /> <br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><span style="color:#2f5aa6">Project 6: The Habitat Development in Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai - Level 1 TIS</span><span style="color:#49ad13">&nbsp;</span><br /> <span style="color:#e67e22">Client: Studio International Engineering Consultants (SIE)</span></strong><br /> <br /> The Habitat development shall comprise of three buildings (3 residential with 22, 18, and 6 floors). The 6 floors residential building shall also facilitate 10 retail shops at ground level.
